Hi hello! I apologize in advance for the lighting in the photos. I am working on getting it right! I bought an LED light for my makeup table to show the details but it’s hard to find a good position for it. I’m sorry!
Lets get this thing started!
Me with a bare face. I had just moisturized and it was my first time using the LED light, so I look insanely pink and shiny. Lets move on and forget this image!
The tools I used. With garbage lighting. So sorry.
I want to explain that right now that the L’oreal true match foundation is my favourite. I have a very light neutral skin tone that isn’t too pink and isn’t too yellow and it is the only drugstore foundation that I have seen to offer a neutral. I am also very in love with the Josie Maran skin match foundation in light is wonderful, The Marc Jacobs foundation, and the YSL BB cream(all which are the lightest color available).
Here we have:
- loreal true match foundation
- Benefit The Porefessional primer
- Cleo liquid liner (japanese brand)
- Quo blending sponge (damp)
- Maybelline clear greatlash I use as brow gel
- Maybelline brow pencil
- Maybelline mascara
- Rimmel lasting kiss lip color in coral
- Too Faced A few of my favorite things palette
Me again in horrible LED lighting trying to show you me blending the foundation with a damp sponge. This takes a while to get an even finish so take your time and enjoy it. The nice thing about the sponge is the tapered end so it’s great to get under the eyes and around the nose.
Fun fact I have huge bags under my eyes. Try to look away if you can. This is after I have blended all the foundation.
I used a Real Techniques multi purpose brush for the Melt into spring blush on the bottom left and the top Faux MAC brush my best friend brought back from Thailand to apply the chocolate bronzer on the top right.
Fast forward after I applied a slight wing liner, mascara and Rimmel lip color.
And the end result kids! Scarf from Aldo, jeans and jacket from Forever 21, top from H&M.
